Have you ever prepared for a tradeshow for days, put all of your time and money into creating the perfect display stand, counted the hours and minutes until you actually got the chance to go there, and finally when you really are there, you realize that you forgot something that you really need or can’t go without. How did you feel? You probably felt like your mind was going to explode, you panicked, and thought about how your hard work will be destroyed just because of something you forgot to bring with you.
Not only is this frustrating, but it can cost you money, waste your time and prevent you from concentrating on your business, and that’s primarily what you’re there for. As a display stand owner, you need to have everything at hand, in order to provide efficient service and get the most out of your experience at an event. As a exhibitioner and the one in charge, you have to have everything prepared and at the reach of your hand, both for you and your staff.
This is quite overwhelming because you have a lot of things to think about. That’s why we thought that a check-list might be in order to prevent such chaotic situations. No more will you pull your hair and freak out, because you will never forget anything, ever again if you carry this check-list with you.

As an event organizer or an entrepreneur striving to put your business out there, it’s extremely crucial to stay organized, even in the most utter chaos. Being prepared for every situation, relieves you of a lot of unnecessary pressure, and leaves you with a clear mind to focus on your display stand and your marketing strategy. That’s why we created this list and why we wanted to share it with everybody.
If we didn’t include something in the list, let us know. These are just our suggestions, but you can add anything else to do list. What are your essentials that you can’t image attending a tradeshow without?
